Hey everyone - It's official - we'll be doing our first free Webinar this Friday evening!
And to make it even cooler - I'm actually going to be doing the analysis of an actual property I just got under contract today! So you'll be able to see the exact steps I take to make it happen. I'll be talking about:
1.) How I found the deal
2.) What the asking price was/what I offered/what we settled on
3.) How the numbers are going to work out
4.) What my plans are for the property
5.) Questions/Answers from you guys
So clear your calendars and bookmark this thread for details on connecting, but we're going to do it on Friday March 15th at 5:00pm PST (that's 8:00pm EST) and probably will be using Google Hangouts for this.
This is our first time doing this - so I'm sure there will be some technical glitches, but if you'll all bear with me, I'm sure we'll all learn a lot together.
I'm pretty excited for this! If you plan on coming, do me a favor and RSVP below by leaving a message on this thread letting me know you'll be there!

This is a great thing --- thank you! One question though. Do we really have to "bare" with you? My wife is apt to get upset if she finds me sitting naked in front of the computer.

Being brand new in investment game I would love to be involved in this. The only problem is that Google+ Hangouts only support 10 people at a time. As a bit of a work around though is you can broadcast it live through your YouTube channel so that anyone who can not get has access to watch and comment live. I also believe that it records the video so it can be played and shared for later viewing.

I just verified that if you go through your youtube channel page, hit upload and finally broadcast it will set up a Google+ hangout. After the live broadcast is over it is automatically replaced with the recording of the broadcast so anyone who missed it can watch.

Hey Joseph DiPrimeo - thanks so much for the info! I figured it was something like that. I'll definitely broadcast live- I know there are few other Webinar tools I could use if needed.
Hopefully everyone will bear with me (not "bare" with me) as we figure out the best way to make this work tonight! I'm looking forward to it!
And James Hiddle - I would be glad to accept $997 , you may wire it to my Paypal account. And - it's going to be $997 per month... ;)
Everyone: be sure to check back on this thread later today and I'll be updating it with details. But still plan for 5:00 tonight. And there will be a recording, as long as it goes okay! (no guarantees!)

Really wish I would be able to attend but no way possible as I am heading out getting of of work for an apt! Can you go over picking the right team for turnkey investments for a first time buyer? For example do I need a realtor or lawyer to go over the contracts especially since it is my first deal? Also can you go over closing costs? Also any other information about mulitfamily investments or finding a good property management company would be much appreciated!
