Cannot download documents
I signed up for the PRO account and so far I haven't been able to download any documents. I originally was able to get into the documents area, and started viewing some documents, which BP apparently considered "downloading". However I never actually got any documents. I really feel that this should be explained somewhere, because I thought if I viewed a document I could view it again.
So I've been trying every day since then and so far it has not let me download anything. Where can I see the date when I can get back into downloading?
