Cancelling My Bigger Pockets Membership

I paid for the Plus membership in October of 2019 and didn't use it at all. I was automatically charged $190 again this October (which I didn't want) and have tried cancelling this membership with no response from the Bigger Pockets team. I have waited a couple of weeks for a response with no luck.  Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with this?
