@David Greene .. @Brandon Turner .. @Mindy Jensen .. @Scott Trench .. Hi all, love listening to the OG Podcast as well as the Money Podcast. Feel like both shows are done as well as any shows on the internet today. Now that I have buttered you up, I am going to ask for an early Xmas present. I am a full-time real estate agent and I know that @David Greene has a new book coming out focusing on that very thing. Yes, I know, BiggerPockets is for investing, but the week the book comes out it would be great to hear an episode of the OG Podcast where David deep-dives some nuts and bolts strategies for agents that expands on the book and Brandon can play devils advocate and speak from the consumers mindset. Also, I would love to hear the Money Podcast bring on someone who is an agent to speak about the best strategies for maximizing the financial side of real estate sales; from how commissions should be allocated, tax strategies, etc. I listen to other agent-focused podcasts, but I feel you guys could take this knowledge to a deeper level than others. I am sure the many agents who listen to your shows would geek out over a week dedicated to this content. Thanks so much for the time and effort you guys put into all of your content, it is appreciated by many.
