I'm Pro Basic Member and I cannot post on market Place!

I was looking for IT link or someone.

I'm trying to post on the Market Place and a pop up is telling me I have to be a Pro Basic member but I paid my due this July 5th.

Can someone help??? Or tell me who to contact.
