Hello BP! I'm relatively new to the site, although I've been listening to the podcasts for a while. Love everything I've seen and heard so far. So much good info. Great networking tool.

I'm an investor in the Boston area with a background in sales. I'm looking mainly for single-fams and multi-fams in eastern Massachusetts (from Worcester, east) for both flips and buy and hold.
