Haven't received my BP Books yet and can't get a refund

Hi there,

I have contacted support 3 or 4 times trying to find out where the multi-family books that I purchased back on August 21st are. I have asked for a refund after being told that there is a long delay - but I can't get a refund so far. I need help and some competent service.

Any ideas?
