Upgraded to PRO and bought "the books"
I upgraded to BP Pro recently and got both J.Scott books! I have read the book on flipping houses and have looked through the book on estimating rehab costs. This is the best info I have found to date! Easy reads....like a textbook but at the same time makes you want to keep reading. I know this is money well spent.
