Family land ideas- MHP?
Hello. My family owns about 50+ acres about 45 mi outside of Raleigh, NC. We all want to receive a profit from the sale, but could not agree on a proper price. The highest offer was 1.2M so we tossed around the idea of building a MHP. What information would I need to gather to present to the family along with ROI, initial investment costs, etc.? I want to develop a plan but am unsure as where to start.
