advice on MH buying
Hi all, I was active on this forum a while back. Long story short, my fiance died a while back and I'm starting over again. Very small.
I currently own a MH which we completely rebuilt and am ready to flip this one and start on another. I believe I have a buyer. This one we bought from a friend of a friend and knew it's entire history.
My question is... I'll be buying another MH most likely from an owner and want to know what to watch out for. How do I look up liens, taxes etc? (Here in California some are registered with DMV and others pay county real estate taxes.)
