mobile home purchase
Hey everyone... I was looking into a mobile home purchase..., this is a double wide purchase... im just stumped on how to go about this..this is confusing to me because from what I know this is just like purchasing a car...so is there any loans I could get for purchase or just walk away from purchase all together ...??

Go to the park office and ask if they are selling any mobiles homes with the owners financing. My park did 13 of those this month alone fyi.
