Mobile Home Financing

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased a property in Royston Georgia with 4 mobile homes, a house and a covered RV pad. I will be adding 2 more mobile home lots to this property. I am in the process of renovating the 4 mobile homes. I do not want to rent the Mobile homes and want to sell them and just rent the lots. I also do not want to owner finance. Does anyone know of a finance company that will loan on mobile homes in my area. I realize the problem is going to be that the park is too small but there has to be a company that I can send the buyers to.

@Richard H Nation Check with local mobile home park owners and your local manufactured housing association. Since they're in the business, they may know of some local options to use when it comes to financing. Hope that helps!
