I have a campground that I am able to convert to MHP. Curious about Feasibility study
Hi, I am new to Forums, but long listener to podcasts-
I am curious about converting an existing campground to MHP for more of a passive income. I've had apartments, but never MHP.
Zoning is no problem, but does anyone know of professionals who would do a "feasibility study" like we do in self storage to gauge the strength of the market?
