I have a campground that I am able to convert to MHP. Curious about Feasibility study

Hi, I am new to Forums, but long listener to podcasts-

I am curious about converting an existing campground to MHP for more of a passive income. I've had apartments, but never MHP.

Zoning is no problem, but does anyone know of professionals who would do a "feasibility study" like we do in self storage to gauge the strength of the market?

@Ryan Moran check zoning and then check with the city. I would imagine you'll have a very hard time.

@Ryan Moran before you pay for a study I would suggest running your own numbers. Get some bids on horizontal work, bringing in homes then weigh it against the income and then compare it to being a campground.

It may be better to go the RV space route before a new MHP in less there is a ton of housing demand.
