Need help with wholesaling a Manufactured Mobile Home Trailer

Hey everyone, I found this manufactured trailer home I got it under contract as a wholesaler but the seller is willing to do Owner Finance AND I am getting buyer interested on the trailer and want to do owner finance but as a wholesaler I am not sure how should I do this. 

1) how can I do a Contract for Deed? How do I figure out numbers? 

2) How will I get paid as wholesaler on a transaction CD?

I been doing my research but it's not being helpful. I also read that as a wholesaler I should stay away from trailer home. But knowing me I enjoy challenging my self. I do believe I can do this. Please help! Thanks!
