I'm have land in Oklahoma and want to develop a small community park for mobile home park. What is the procedure to start?

That's an interesting article from a great authority in the niche. I'm thinking there are a lot more nuances to it though. He is right on a national scale, but closer to my area the situation is different. People are filling these things up faster than I can develop them.

Talk to the city or county and ask them about their land use restrictions.

If they allow it ask them about the utility set-up and what the impact fees would cost.
