What's the best skiptracing service for mobile home parks

Hi - what's the best skiptracing service for mobile home parks?  I've used a couple of services, and data is only 50-60% accurate. When I do it myself, accuracy increases to 75% but this is very time consuming. Also, I come across the challenge of not being able to unmask the individual owner name behind the entity.  Be great to your advice from seasoned MHP investors who've done skip tracing and had luck get accurate data.  Thank you!
