🏠Tiny home builder recommendations?

Ashley Adamson
Posted

Hi y'all! Not sure where to post this. Looking for recommendations on proven tiny home builders that do kit-built or turnkey at scale. Need all-in pricing: unit, shipping, setup, hookup. Single-wide footprint. Developing two communities in Oklahoma and Kansas. Open to shipping. Who have you used or heard things about?

For scalable tiny home / single-wide community builds in OK & KS, you’ll likely get the best results from established manufactured or park model producers rather than boutique tiny home brands.

Common options people use at scale:

- Clayton Homes – strong for standardized single-wide style units and logistics
- Champion Homes – modular + manufactured, good nationwide delivery
- Cavco Industries – reliable park model and community-focused builds

For higher-end tiny home builders (usually smaller scale):

- Tiny Heirloom
- Escape Homes
- Wheelhaus

In practice, most developers doing community builds end up going with HUD-code manufactured homes or park models because they’re cheaper per door, easier to finance, and simpler to install at scale vs custom tiny homes.
