Hello all,
Can anyone recommend the best way to acquire funding with little money or what are some ways that your deals was funded for buy and hold or flip?

I started out by getting a loan for $3,000 from a local bank. I bought my first mobile home for $3,000 and sold it on a 36 month note for $7,000. I went from there and now have 13 mobile homes.
