How to find mobile homes
Hello,
I am new/first post, and I am looking for cheap mobile home to place on my land for rent. I am in the Houston Area, I have previously done some house flips in Dallas area, but after a couple I stopped.
I keep seeing posts about buying a 15k mobile home for 5k, or lower, but am not sure where to look. Would preforeclosure listing be my first step?
Any advice is appreciated, and thank you for reading my post.
