Has anyone taken the course to a certified manufactured home appraiser?  Pros and Cons anyone?

@Ken Rishel You are right, I was not trained to read NADA reports. I based my opinion only on the price I saw on the report and the actual mobile home. NADA price was around $7k but the actual value of the mobile home was less than $0 and I mean it.

The biggest question is do you really need the course to know how to value mobile homes or you can get it from experience?
