Hi All,

I am about to sign a Contract for Deed for a Mobile Home Park near Dallas. I am wondering if such contract is valid in Texas as googling it showed some law change after 2005.

Also, how i can ensure the title is owned fair and clear by the seller if i enter into a Contract for Deed agreement ?

Greetings  Matt

In Texas we use our attorney it is advisable to use an attorney in these cases

Of Contracts. Her name is Jean Dewald Look her up in Dallas She is reasonable

And you can avoid legal entanglements. If you decide to use her services

Mention my wife Lupita sent refferal, Best of Luck.

Best Regards
