Residential MLS - Mobile Home Parks
I got one lead from direct mailing campaign. The seller called me. She had 2 parks (60+ and 90+ units) which were listed on residential MLS for 2+ years. She was under contact when I sent her the mailer.
I am just curious, did you contact ( by phone or direct mail) residential RE brokers for mobile home park deals?
