Test Ad Response Rates
What sort of response rate do you want to see from a test ad?
I want to find out how much 2 bd and 3 bd mobile homes sell for in my area. I've posted a couple of test ads and want to know what sort of response rate would indicate good pricing? (For example, perhaps 10 or 20 calls a week)
In other words, what response rate would a seasoned investor anticipate when posting a test ad?
