Wholesale of New Mobile Home
I'm brand new to wholesaling however I work in development and am familiar with escrow process and contracts. Here's the scenario: I've got a brand new mobile home that I've negotiated a decent price on. The sellers are the park owners and they are also mobile home broker/dealers. I am assigning contract to someone for a small margin. How do you handle the initial deposit?
