How do I comp a mobile home?
Got a call today from someone at a MHP in Long Beach California. I have not idea where to start on comping this and making an offer. I can't find any listing for sold homes recently. Best I can do is see that there is one home in that park for sale currently on zillow.
Any advice?

In my opinion figuring out what it is worth to you starts with figuring out how you want to make money on the deal. Are you going to flip it to an investor or an end user, or are you wanting to rent it (if the MHP will even allow that) ?
