West Virginia Mobile Home Community Advice!

Hello All - Recently went under contract for a mobile home community in West Virginia and will now enter the diligence phase. It is a rural park located in the northern part of the state, near Morgantown, WV. I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with the following: - an appraiser in the area (we have a bank lined up but they said it may be tough to find a good appraiser) - mobile home community inspector in the area (all tenant owned homes so won't need too much inspecting) ... thinking for the infrastructure Thanks in advance!
