checking out an RE investment firm

Hello everyone!

I am interested in working with a company in Northern California called CCI investments and Robert Merchant. They sell, consult and manage trailer parks throughout the US. Has anyone worked with them in the past? Or, do you have any feedback that you can give me about them? I am considering buying a small park in AK and letting them rehab and run it for me.
