Anyone in PA? I'm trying to get started..

Hello, I'm new to this forum and trying to get started in MH investing. I'm a 20 year old college student from Pittsburgh, PA.

I was very excited after reading Deals on Wheels to get out and do my first deal. Then, I learned about the SAFE act and have been stuck ever since. I did receive what is supposedly all the paperwork to become licensed from www.pmha.org but it is a lot of legal stuff that I don't think I can go through myself.

Anyone in PA have any information? Would anyone recommend hiring a real estate lawyer to do the paperwork with me?
