Holding tank vs septic tank?

Hello everyone, I’m looking at a 23 pad park that has a holding tank for sewage. Has anyone encountered this before? Any red flags I need to worry about? The owner says all it needs is to be emptied out every few weeks. According to the broker, no environmental issues that she knows of. Thank you!
