I think I'm about to buy a 50 unit, value add mobile home park. Any suggestions on major concerns I should have during the due diligence period? Any documents I must have?

@Ian Tvardovskaya Hi Ian, I’m doimg my homework on doing the same thing but I think you’re way ahead of me in the process. I have a due diligence step by step pdf that tells you what documents you need to be asking for. If you give me your email I can send it to you.
