Manufactured home subdivision

I am interested developing a manufactured home subdivision. Has anyone done this before, and if so could you share any information with me. The subdivision lots would be sold to potential owners or I may have manufactured home on lot to sale together.

@Curtis Reid Have you met with your local city /county zoning and planning yet to discuss this? Have they approved a MHC in that area? Reason I ask is because there are very few if any MhPs being built since the late 1990’s.
