ITIN and Mobile Homes
We have several New Manufactured Homes (w/ FHA foundations) for sale, but are running into difficulty with financing for ITIN (no ss#) families. Does anyone have advice, contacts, references, articles, forums, etc for me to find more information about possibilities? We have talked with quite a few lenders who simply state "we don't do those", but I know that the loans are out there somewhere. I have searched BP, but have not found any current information.
We are also interested in more info about structuring owner-financing options for families without documentation. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
