Feedback on Jefferson Lilly

Hi BiggerPockets friends,

Does anyone have any direct experience investing in Mobile Home Parks through one of Jefferson Lilly's Limited Partnerships? Currently he is soliciting funds for Park Avenue Partners Fund 1. We would like some third-party feedback on him before we consider investing in the fund.
