New Homes vs Renovating

I have a park with roughly 70 empty POH that are in fairly rough shape.  They will take about 5k-7k minimum each to get fixed up to rent or sell.  My question is does anyone have experience renovating these homes vs potentially just paying to remove them and utilizing CASH Program or something similar to bring in new homes?  Obviously bringing in new homes will improve the look of the park greatly but does it make fiscal sense?

@Jim Tassoni Most times it does. Though it gets tricky if the homes are currently occupied. You may also want to look into bringing in private lenders and/or a partner. Good luck!
