RV Park Financing Options

Hey BP community. I just put a RV park under contract and was looking for referrals on lenders that work with that asset class. Thank you in advance

@Mehul Shah Congrats on getting under contract. RV parks are eligible for SBA if more than 50% of the business's revenue for the prior year is derived from transients who stay for 30 days or less at a time and the business complies with all zoning and other legal requirements. If the Applicant is a start-up, the projections must show that more than 50% of the business revenue will be derived from transients who stay for 30 days or less at a time.
