RV Pads on Bare Lots

Curious as to if anyone has added RV provisions to bare city lots w water/sewer provisions?

Dealing with an RV friendly city, and trying to get some basics down.  IE spot sizing, angling etc. 

I know the usual goal is large mhp/rv parks, but lots are cheaper and easier to get.
