Where to buy used mobile homes

Question

I am needing to find a few mobile homes to put into a park. Our hope is to have about $25,000 into each one, total. Where is the best place to find used or foreclosed mobile homes?  This is for the Florence/Darlington area in SC. Thanks

Ask some of the local dealers if they get to bid on the foreclosed units in the area. Have a friend who stocked several parks this way. Had to buy sight unseen and repo himself (he was a dealer).

Yes new dealers would be ones to check with.

Or like around here the mobile home transport companies are small privately owned businesses, a call to them would tell you very quickly where they are offloading the used ones on their back hauls.

@Collin Smith You may want to talk to a few mobile home dealerships in the area. Usually, they deal with buyers who want to buy new mobile homes but need to sell their existing one first. Good luck!

Check with new dealers in your area. They may have customers who need to remove an old home to put their new one in.

Autumn Rankin above gave you a good answer, 21st Mortgage Corporation is a lender who specializes in mobile home loans. Most of that they have comes without any land and are required to be moved. Their website allows you to search by state, so you can find their froeclosures close to where your property is located. Their listings all have a contact number for you to make an offer.
