Just looking for inspiration in regards to Mobile Home investing. If it’s relative to the market in GA please share and even if it isn’t and you think it’s good advice for a newbie, please share :)

Investors flip mobile homes in parks in 49 states. Takes a lot less money than real estate. It’s quicker, easier, bigger profit %/margins, and far less competition.

I’ve specialized in this niche for 20 years. I also own several mobiles on their own land as rentals or sell on contract. Less money to buy, brings the same $ in rent as stick built of the same square footage.

Overall has been an excellent investment niche.
