Hello from Michigan!

My name is Noah; I live in Oakland County - Michigan. I have interest in investing in mobile homes in the area. Has anyone had any experience in lower Michigan flipping or owner financing mobile homes? I am in the early stage of educating my self in the industry. I’d love to chat if anyone has any tips or ideas to being successful in this market!

Thank you!

@Noah Jutis You may want to start talking to some mobile home dealerships and mobile home park managers and/or owners in your area. Some of them may be working with other investors if you'd like to network. Also, you may want to check out your local real estate investment club to see who's investing in mobile homes in your area. Best of luck!
