MLS Flat Fee Listing Service - Mobile Home Park

Hi, does anyone have recommendations for a flat fee listing service for my mobile home park in Nevada? There are a lot of options online, but I'm not sure if:

1. a flat fee listing service will do any good for a mobile home park.

2. there are any services that members have used before that they can recommend.

I'm having trouble getting Zillow to post my for sale ad, so figure MLS might be the next best option. I've already posted on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, MobileHomeParkStore, and LoopNet.
