Mobile home prices in San Diego
I’ve been looking around at mobile homes in San Diego, and have noticed that even ones that are pretty old and not very nice are being listed at $100-$200k. That seems crazy, especially when lot rent at these places is $1300/month. Are people actually able to sell 40-year-old+ mobile homes for this much?
