Hey everyone - the benefits of an on-site property manager vs. a property management company has been discussed quite a bit here.  I am a first time MHP investor and thinking that retaining a property management company for my first park will help me mitigate some risk, albeit at an increased cost.  Has anyone used a property management company to manage park(s)?
