I was looking for recommendations on what would be a good 1st book to read on Mobile Home Park investing. I am new to MHPs and want to learn as much as possible.  I have been reading alot on this forum and I am really impressed with all of the knowledge on the forum.  

Any book recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I love frank and daves books as well... I been to 2 of there bootcamps here in SoCal and I have a mhp out of state.. highly recommend there books and audios
