Hello! I'm 19 years old, never invested in real estate before - but I want to get started. I've always been good with money and business, and will be starting my business degree this fall. I'm in the military so new to Virginia. What is the best way to start making connections? I'd be happy to just follow someone around and watch them work, or offer some of my experience in design, photography etc. in exchange - but how you do you make that first connection?
