MHP Funds/syndications experiences?
I know this has probably been addressed in the past but I only came up with a few dated strings. Does anyone have an experience/recommendations for a MHP fund? If someone has had a negative experience, I'd like to hear that also. I've spoken with a few sponsors but I'm interested in what others have experienced.
