Mobile home investing
Anyone out there invest in mobile homes? New to investing and just came across mobile homes and am interested in hearing other people’s thoughts on this market. I see some people buy cheap, rehab, then sell with the option of seller financed over 5 years. What are your experiences/thoughts?

We look for a single mobile home with the land. We don’t care about age but newer is always better. We look for something that’s going to attract our ideal tenant.
we have purchased in parks where we have lot rent to pay. They have been very profitable, but also higher management time.
