Due Diligence Checklist

Hello All,

I have an 8-unit MHP under contract in Western PA. I have closed a similar sized apartment deal, but this is my first MHP investment. I am seeking a due diligence checklist that I can use throughout the next month and a half. If anyone has one that they have used from an old deal, I would greatly appreciate it. 

I am also looking for passive investors on the deal, although the deal is relatively small compared to most on this forum.
