RV and Glamping Development NY
Hi we’re hoping to connect with others in the RV park and campground business.
We found a gorgeous property in the Upper Hudson Valley, 120 miles from NYC in Columbia County, NY.
Property is 15 acres with a 1 acre pond
Property is under contract
Met with the zoning board and just got a variance and a Special Permit to do the campground consisting of vintage campers and glamping tents. Our phase 2 consist of adding 2 A-frames/tiny homes.
We’re vintage camper owners and love to renovate them for fun.
We’ve been working on a campground similar to but bigger than The Trailer Pond in Cali… Google it :0)
