Using house as collateral.

Posted

I was recently told my bank, Wells Fargo, (I know, I need a small community bank) no longer does HELOC's, but I was wanting to use my house's equity to make a purchase.

Does anyone know someone who can help me tap into the equity? My job pays me under the table, and I am sure I can get sponsors to work with as co-signers if needed. I just need to be pointed in a starting direction.

Thank you so much.
